High-Density Polyethylene Overlaid Panels Poly Tech, Inc. bonds a high-density polyethylene overlay to plywood or other specialized substrates, giving contractors, builders, designers and manufacturers an outstanding material for floors, ceilings, outdoor decking, walls, signage, forming systems and many other specialized uses. All Poly Tech panels are manufactured in strict compliance with commercial Standard PS 1-83. Overlay Thicknesses: Different uses require varying thicknesses of our high density polyethylene overlays. The following are recommended for floor surfaces:       • 0.030" for foot traffic       • 0.050" for cart traffic (up to 200# per wheel)       • 0.100" for cart traffic (up to 1000# per wheel)       • 0.200" for cart traffic (over 1000# per wheel) The backer overlay forms an outstanding moisture barrier and provides excellent light reflection. The .015" thick HOPE white overlay gives a clean finished look that makes painting unnecessary and installs in one step. Panel Thicknesses Poly Tech panels come in thicknesses of: 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" and 1 1/8". Other sizes are available upon request.* Panel Sizes Poly Tech panels are 4' & 5'x 8', 10', and 12.' Custom sizes are available upon request.* Special Configurations       • Special surface texturing, colors, thicknesses, widths and lengths (up to 6'x 26') are available to meet special applications.       • Fire-retardant polyethylene overlay and plywood meets minimum Class A flame spread requirements.       • Special ultraviolet inhibitor in polyethylene overlay helps prevent discoloration.       • Other substrates, such as OSB, fibre cement etc., are also available.       • Aluminum and other metal overlays can be special ordered.*

Our panels are ideal for floors (especially mezzanines), walls, partitions and ceilings. Poly Tech products are PDA approved for food related applications— manufacturing of products or equipment intended for use in producing, packing, processing, packaging, transporting or holding food. Most substances won't stick to high-density polyethylene; and surfaces tend to remain clean. The high-density polyethylene overlay is not affected by solvents, acids and alkalis, and provides an absolutely 100% barrier to moisture. Poly-DEK Our cost-effective floor panels have a skid-resistant texture ideal for mezzanines and outdoor all-weather decks. Poly-DEK flooring panels give exceptional long-wearing service, especially where rolling shear degradation caused by cart wheels is a major concern. In load tests, Poly-DEK flooring outlasted the plastic wheels used to test it. Poly-Sign Our white, prefinished sign blanks make an excellent substrate for film and graphic transfers of all types. Poly-Form Concrete Forming Panels Poly-Form is a superior, high-reuse concrete form panel, performing better than any HDO faced panel on the market today. Concrete poured against Poly-Form results in an architectural surface, smooth and glossy, with no grain transfer whatsoever. With minimum care, Poly-Form has a long product life, and because it strips faster and cleaner than other form panels, labor costs are reduced and cleanup is easier.
